MSK Physiotherapist (Part-time & Flexible)

FAB Clinic in Hanwell are currently seeking to employ a professional, competent & committed physiotherapist to join our team ASAP on a self-employed basis. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of full-time experience in a similar setting working in a physiotherapist capacity, comfortable with the most common conditions and communicate effortlessly in English both verbally & written. Although the role will be part-time with flexible hours, we do welcome candidates whose current work schedule allow for further afternoon & Saturday commitments (up to around 16 hours per week).

Below are the most important responsibilities required of the successful candidate:

- Assessing & treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

- Managing patient caseload with a complex physiotherapy needs and diverse presentations.

- Managing and providing on-going specialist assessment and treatment using evidence-based practice.

- Fitting well within a team of physiotherapists ensuring the provision and delivery of high quality and individually-devised physiotherapy treatment maximising patient independence whilst promoting recovery and wellbeing.

- Patient note-writing on our clinical software (training provided).

- Timekeeping, punctuality & professionalism.

- Adhering to strict patient confidentiality throughout.

- Ensuring & maintaining high work ethics.

Medical Receptionist

Private Physio Clinic - London W7



FAB Clinic Hanwell, as a modern and newly established physiotherapy and pain clinic is currently offering a part time receptionist position for a 20-hour mid-week commitment. We treat patients with a broad variety of backgrounds and conditions. We also have walk-in patient enquiries on a regular basis. Therefore, the ideal candidate needs to be:

- An excellent communicator

- Patient and approachable

- Energetic & elaborative

The ideal candidate will be a Fluent English speaker with refined communication skills both verbal and written. Vicinity (of your home address) to our clinic is also an important element of reliability and punctuality so candidates living nearby are preferred.

Customer interaction is an important part of this position and therefore it is a requirement that you would have good interpersonal skills to efficiently manage such interactions. Also, we use our own clinical software but training will be provided.

Some of the responsibilities are as follows:

  • Taking phone calls, scanning, photocopying documents

  • Booking patients (on our clinical software)

  • Replying to email correspondence

  • Dealing with walk-in patient enquiries

  • General house-keeping (emails, reports)

  • Taking payments and reporting to management
